WNO is a multi award-winning opera company of 250 people. From their first performance in 1946, they now perform globally to over 140,000 people a year, with a £100m home in Cardiff’s Wales Millennium Centre. Our relationship together is an established partnership, so we were ideally placed to deliver a redesign and rebuild when they decided it was time for a fresh look. Whilst their previous site was an engaging marketing platform, ever changing tastes and technologies meant it was time to raise the bar again. With the web a key part of their strategy, the new site would continue to generate ticket sales, provide performance guides, and reinforce the brand. However, WNO also wanted to create an online community that builds loyalty and engages users.
