Brief

Edwards of Conwy is a traditional European award winning master butcher located in the historical town of Conwy, North Wales. Their success is built on a commitment to provide customers with the highest quality Welsh meat. Edwards knew they had a great product offering, but their current packaging looked tired and the corporate logo was in need of an update in order to compete with the biggest national brands in the sausage market.

Result

The all new packaging appeared in stores mid July and positive feedback from consumers is already flooding in.

Solution

So earlier this year, we created these very lovely packaging sleeves featuring beautifully drawn illustrations. The process involved heaps of industry research. Naturally we ate a lot of sausages to inspire creativity! The outcome is also an updated corporate identity which retains its foundations and yet hints to tradition with a contemporary tone. Sausage flavours and products including meatballs, burgers and pork pies are now differentiated by a stunning new colour palette.
