Stiwdio Weston Studio

Brief

Creu golwg newydd i ddeunydd print a brand Stiwdio Weston i gynyddu cynulleidfaoedd, er mwyn adlewyrchu rhaglen amrywiol ac unigryw’r Stiwdio ac i gynrychioli ei ethos a rhaglen ddwyieithog. Redesign Stiwdio Weston Studio print and brand in order to give the venue greater visibility in Cardiff, increase attendance, to showcase the varied, unique programme and to capture the bilingual ethos of Weston Studio, which is reflected in the programming.

Result

The new branding and brochure successfully encourages far more earlier bookings and far fewer late bookings. The impact of the rebrand work has resulted in more tickets being sold and an increased price paid per ticket for all shows. Spring 2010 Season produced the highest average yield so far for the Studio. This is, on average a quarter more than the yield from this time last year. The success of the brochure has also meant we have been able to reduce our expenditure on solus campaigns too.

Solution

- Gave the Studio enhanced stature and presence by changing the dimensions of brochure to better sit alongside other material the Centre produces. - Use of colour (1 spot colour), and photography treatment. - Created a strong mark/logo. - Design and pagination is different in Welsh and English side of the brochure, in order to reflect the relevance of certain shows to a Welsh speaking audience.
