Before commissioning View Creative to undertake a company re-brand, Welsh Oak Frame’s brand identity and marketing didn’t effectively communicate their values. They needed a shift to becoming more ‘customer centred’ in their approach to brand communications and marketing. Welsh Oak Frame did not want to move too far from their original logo, but to keep the A frame shape so that the branding would still be recognisable by their existing clients.
Result
The result is a distinctly contemporary brand which keeps core elements of the original logo. The branding has gone onto be used across all print and online communications.
Solution
The next stage was to research into the types and styles of oak frames produced by our client. This eventually led us back to the original ‘A’ frame structure that is the basis for every oak frame house that stands. Along with type style and brand mark we developed a colour palette of earthy colours that sits alongside a bright orange as their overall brand theme.
