Claim-Easy branding and website design

Brief

To research and develop a brand for a new web based compensation claims service. The proposition for the brand was “making claiming no win no fee compensation easy”. The aim was to stand out in an extremely congested marketplace that was already saturated with personal injury claim firms who were investing heavily in advertising campaigns. Targeting Lower end demographic groups (C2DE) with potential claims for personal injury, personal protection insurance and industrial disease.

Result

The client reported positive feedback from staff at all levels of the practice and new customers, and identified that the brand strategy had played a key role in new business development.

Solution

We advised that the brand should take a radically different approach from that of the stereotypical law firms usually associated with slip and trip claims to ensure recall rates would be high. We developed a brand around the strapline “it’s easy peasy, lemon squeezy”, reinforcing Claim Easy’s unique selling point of making claiming easy. Numerous characterisations of the Pea and Lemon interacting with each other were created for use across marketing communications and the website.
